1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DearSoulmate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DearSoulmate. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DearSoulmate for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the service. You must not post false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Harassment, abuse, or harm of other users is strictly prohibited.

5. Premium Subscriptions

DearSoulmate offers premium subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DearSoulmate. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

DearSoulmate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
