How do I create an account?
Download the DearSoulmate app from Google Play Store or visit our website. Enter your email address, verify it with an OTP, and follow the profile setup steps.
How do I verify my identity?
Go to your profile, tap "Verify My Identity", and complete the liveness check. Verified users get a badge and better visibility in search results.
How does matching work?
When two users like each other, it becomes a match. You can send messages to any verified user on DearSoulmate — a mutual match is not required to start a conversation.
What is Premium membership?
Premium membership unlocks features like seeing who liked you, who visited your profile, unlimited likes, advanced filters, and more. Available as monthly or yearly plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For Android users, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > DearSoulmate and cancel. For web users, contact our support team at support@dearsoulmate.in.
How do I report or block a user?
On any user profile, tap the three dots menu and select "Report" or "Block". We take all reports seriously and review them promptly.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
DearSoulmate uses OTP-based login. Simply enter your email address on the login screen and we will send you a one-time password to sign in.
